Refund Policy for Better Habits LLC

At Better Habits LLC, we are dedicated to your success and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re committed to making things right. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

Digital Products and Short-Term Programs (e.g., ebooks, online videos):

  • We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

  • The 14-day window begins from the moment access credentials are provided to the client.

Long-Term Coaching Programs (e.g., 8-week and 12-week programs):

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our long-term coaching programs.

  • To be eligible for a refund, clients must complete all assigned modules within the first 30 days and attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions. This ensures that clients have given the program a fair chance.

  • For services requiring an engagement letter, the 30-day refund window begins from the date and time of the client's explicit digital or physical signature, confirming their agreement to the terms outlined within the document.

Physical Products:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. If the product is unopened, and undamaged, we will provide a full refund.

  • If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence for a replacement.

Subscription Services:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, which will stop future billing. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing cycle. Please view our cancellation policy for full details.

Items/Services $25 or Less:

  • Items or services priced $25 or less are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Please refer to our cancellation policy for subscription management.

2. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@getbetterhabits.com within the applicable refund window.

Please provide your order information, including your order number and the reason for your refund request.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Better Habits LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the refund request is abusive, fraudulent, or violates the spirit of this policy. Repeated refund requests from the same client may result in the termination of their account and future services.

3. Late or Missing Refunds:

Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your card or bank statement.

If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe:

  • Check your bank account first.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays.

  • If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@getbetterhabits.com.
