Appointment Cancellation Policy

We at Better Habits LLC fully understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise unexpectedly, requiring our valued clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments. To effectively accommodate both our clients and our dedicated team, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice:

    • Clients are kindly required to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests that they may need to make.

  2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows:

    • In the unfortunate event of a late cancellation—specifically, if notice is provided with less than 24 hours remaining—or in the case of a no-show, clients will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients.

  3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

    • Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointments directly on the appointment page by utilizing the links that we provide for easy access.

  4. Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may occur on a case-by-case basis and are typically considered for emergencies or extenuating circumstances that may arise unexpectedly. We encourage you to contact our dedicated team and let us know what’s going on in your situation.

  • Products and services that exceed $25 come with a 72-hour grace period, allowing you to cancel for a full refund within that time frame. After the 72-hour period has elapsed, all sales become final and cannot be reversed.

  • For recurring payments, such as subscriptions, you do have the option to cancel the upcoming payments and end your service with us. Please note that there are no refunds available for any previously paid months.

    By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or entering into a service agreement with Better Habits LLC, our valued clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this cancellation policy.
