Thrive in ‘25 Health Fair Giveaway Rules
1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Anytime Fitness and participating event partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter:
Entry is free.
To enter, participants must RSVP for the Thrive in ‘25 Health Fair taking place on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Anytime Fitness (2599 John Milton Dr, Herndon, VA). RSVPs must be completed through the event website.
Participants must opt-in to receive marketing communications from the event partners to be eligible to win.
RSVPs must be received by May 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
When you RSVP, you will be assigned a number.
3. Prizes:
Grand Prize: One (1) Oura Ring in Silver or Black.
Other Prizes: Approximately three (3) to five (5) prizes from local businesses.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Winner Selection and Notification:
A random number generator website will select winners.
The drawing will take place during the Thrive in ‘25 Health Fair on May 10, 2025.
Participants must be present at the event to win. A new winner will be drawn if a selected winner is absent.
5. Prize Distribution:
Prizes will be distributed immediately following the drawing.
Some prizes may require the winner to provide additional information, such as color choice, ring size, or a shipping address for delivery.
6. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Marketing Communications:
By opting in to receive marketing communications, participants agree to receive promotional emails, text messages, or other forms of communication from Better Habits LLC and its event partners.
8. General Conditions:
